Protect eye healthy with papaya’s kernel? How it’s can be happen? You want to know?
Okay, I’ll give you know about papaya’s kernel to eye. We know eye is important to us, so we must protect our eye to became healthy. And I method to protect eye’s healthy is papaya’s kernel. Way with papaya’s kernel? Because papaya’s kernel have lycopene compound and lycopene compound important to eye’s healthy.
If you want to eat papaya’s kernel and you can’t eat that’s kernel because to bitter. But I have solution to decrease that’s bitter, and my solution is eat papaya’s kernel with honey or you can fix papaya kernel with tea. And you can eat papaya’s kernel with sunbathing papaya’s kernel then eat papaya’s kernel like eating snack. And to protect eye’s healthy you should consumption papaya’s kernel in a manner, about 3 time and as many as 10 kernel.

We know tea maybe make us be healthy. And tea became consumption to everyone to everyday. But there are something became our attention to dip tea that is about usage. We must don’t dip tea to long time. Maybe this is unimportant, but from this problem we may get any kinds of disease. Dip tea must not to long time, because in the paper of tea there are chlorine essence. This essence function as disinfect to paper, then paper will be clean of decay bacteria and tea became durable. But disinfect in big quantity same with poison.
So I my suggestion to you is don’t dip tea to long time. If you dip tea more then 3-5 minute, chlorine will soluble in tea. In order that spared from possibility disease, please don’t dip tea more then 3 minute. And this chlorine essence there are in every kinds of tea.

Do you like to drink tomato’s juice? Do you like throw away tomato’s kernel?
